Major congratulatory props go out to Tycho and Gabe of Penny Arcade. In case your wondering which point I am congratulating them on, its not that they are the largest webcomic on the net or how the 2007 Penny Arcade Expo will be virtually the same size as the last real E3… though those both are pretty damn cool.
No, its that Penny Arcade has its own video game coming out soon. This title is going to be called Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. The game is going to be an adventure/RPG and is being created by the people behind The Simpsons Hit and Run (best Simpsons game ever made) and The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction (movie/comic licensed game that was really good).
Is there anything they can’t do? Personally, I think Tycho and Gabe will inevitably secede from the U.S. to create their own country Penny Arcadia… but that’s just me.
